Evan Sanders of Oswego was the lucky winner in the drawing for an Apple iPod Touch with case and iTunes card at the 2nd Annual Oswego County Substance Awareness Family Education Fair held at the Oswego Elks Lodge last month. There were 46 entries from youth age 21 and under who visited at least 8 of the 22 exhibits at the SAFE Fair.
