Financial health of those being harmed include the wealthiest families. All cultures and backgrounds are equally being harmed.

Please share the knowledge – don’t let the new drug dealers continue to hold all the cards. Now, more than ever, it is important to never, ever, ever, try these deadly drugs. In the past, the drugs were bad but not deadly, they are all deadly now, all mixed with synthetic chemicals.

If you are in pain, there are many alternatives instead of a prescription drug. Try some new ways to relieve your pain. I'm told that a combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen is very effective in relieving pain. There are holistic methods, such as acupuncture, massages, essential oils, to name a few. An addicting pain reliever is not recommended, certainly not one containing an Opioid.

For stress, find new ways to relax. Check out meditation, group therapies, mindfulness, yoga, breathing, etc.

For fun, find new ways to get high – there are a lot of them out there – start a new High Club. What gives you a high? I know that running or exercise can give you a high. Music and art are great ideas. Sometimes a simple Smile from someone can do it for me.
